RESISTANCE MOVEMENT MEETING: Updated!

January 29, 2017 by imc-editor

We have already made a difference.  Some of our elected representatives are getting nervous and they are not sure that they should repeal the Affordable Care Act and not sure they should defund Planned Parenthood.

WE HAVE MADE THEM NERVOUS AND INTEND TO GO ON MAKING THEM NERVOUS ON ALL OUR ISSUES.  You must keep calling Washington – call on a regular basis – Michael Moore has asked us to make it part of our daily routine – get up, brush teeth, CALL CONGRESS – call the Congressional Switchboard at 202-224-3121.  Pick an issue-a-day and tell them: do not cut heath care or safety net programs, do not deport people, do not support building a wall, do not privatize our infrastructure, do not accept a gag rule on the EPA, do not support the destruction of our environment etc.

THEN ATTEND THE NEXT RESISTANCE MOVEMENT MEETING ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 6:30 AT THE UNITED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 42 CHENANGO ST., BINGHAMTON.  Break out groups and committees will be meeting directly after the general meeting.
