Corn Festival & Tractor Show

Windsor Partners, Inc. is hosting our Inaugural Corn Festival & Tractor Show coming up on
August 26, 2017 from 12 noon to 6 pm come rain or shine.  

We are seeking merchandise, craft, and food vendors as well as informational booths.  Booth spaces are
$20 each and a vendor form can be obtained by calling Elaine at 607-655-3399.  We are not permitting duplication of food products, so please call to discuss your thoughts if you will be offering food.  Additionally, food vendors will be required to have a certificate from the Broome County Health Dept.
Participants are responsbile for providing their own furnishings.

Free booth spaces will be provided to area Churches, Non-profits and Community Organizations.  We still require a vendor form for our files indicating if you will be selling merchandise, offering a community activity, just passing out information, or selling food products (must have a certificate from the Broome County Health Dept.  Call Elaine at 607-655-3399 for a vendor form.

Tractors wanted, old or new, restored or original, large or small, for the Tractor Show.  Bring your tractor and show it off for your neighbors and friends.  There is no registration fee, but we do ask
that you complete a brief registration form which can be obtained by calling Elaine at above phone number or Ken at 607-655-1660.

Lastly, but certainly not least, we are seeking volunteers to help with the organization of this event or
just help during the event.  Call Elaine or Ken and let us know what you can offer.  It takes a Village to make our community a vibrant place to live, so get involved!
